I had an issue with the glass table top portion of my fire table. I was sent a replacement top expeditiously! The customer service/support, during the replacement process, was excellent!! Thank you!Good quality. Great looking Easy to use. Family enjoyed the ambiance and warmth this providedSo first things first - the dimensions listed on this product are incorrect. The table section is 27 inches wide not 24. My porch space is pretty tight and I ordered this specifically because it was narrower than some others I looked at, and unfortunately those 3 extra inches really make a difference in my space (not in a good way). So if you are planning your space down to the inch like I was - beware.The other thing to watch out for is the assembly instructions - in some steps they were just incorrect. One image showed a piece turned one way but only after getting well into the assembly did it become clear that the piece should actually be flipped the other way which resulted in an extra 45-min or so of disassembling and reassembling. Lastly the instructions don't tell you that the side where you mount the control panel matters. Lose the 50/50 toss and pick the wrong side and the panel will end up with the text upside down. Still works, and not worth the disassembly to correct, but would have been good to know. In any case the "half hour" assembly estimate is hilariously low - plan on about 2 hours.Other than that, the unit overall looks great, works well, feels solid, and seems to be good quality. It also comes with (almost) everything you need including an assembly tool, glass flame guard, glass beads, and a cover. The slide out rack for the propane tank is a really nice feature. The feet have built-in levelers to ensure the table doesn't wobble.Other good things to know: 1) The only thing it doesn't come with is 1 AAA battery that's needed for the ignition switch. 2) If you are ordering your own fire glass 2 x 10-lb bags fills the trough perfectly. 3) The glass top and flame guards look great but they are fingerprint magnets. You will be wiping these down regularly. 4) A power drill/screwdriver with phillips and hex bits will speed up the assembly process considerablyI really like the construction and how this looks on our patio. I did a lot of research to find this model and for the money, it's better than I expected. I did have a problem with receiving the right color... They shipped black instead of brown, but they were responsive and took care of the problem. Assembly was not that difficult if you are somewhat handy. One warning is that there is an illustration in the first three steps that is not correct that threw me off. They show a knob going into the base for the propane on the right side. If you do it as illustrated, the hole for the wheel is on top. the hole has to go on the bottom. Be sure to watch for that. Other than that, the assembly went fine. I chose this fireplace for a few reasons over other fire tables. I love the reflective surface vs others with matte brown or tile like. The reflective makes it feel that there is more fire, making the ambiance better. The glass screen is very well made too. I also like the blue glass, though it's not fire glass that is meant to have flames come up through. These are glass beads that lay beneath the burner for color and reflective value. If you want fire to come up through glass, you'll need to lay these beads down and but fire glass on top to the level above the burner. I have not done that, but I might soon. It would be nice to hide the burner. Really a nice build for the money. You could spend more, but this is a very good product for the money. Comes with a cover, the glass surround and a table piece to cover the fire bed if you want to use it as just a table during summer etc. Despite the trouble with receiving the wrong color (since they were responsive) and the direction error, I give this five stars for build quality for the price. Works well and I'm pleased.Our daughter loves to cook s’mores on this. I love that there is a wind guard, which provides me with a little extra piece of mind. It’s easy to turn on and put together - there is one piece that is missing but we can use it without it easily. It doesn’t give off a ton of heat but it works good enough if you’re sitting on a couch or chair and don’t have a huge group.
